These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in any program, course, service, or offering provided by The KAHU Clinic, founded by Daina Kahu.
By enrolling in or purchasing any program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. The effective date of this agreement is the date you accept these Terms electronically and submit your initial payment.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with participation in any program or service offered by The KAHU Clinic.
These Terms apply for the duration of your engagement and to any use by you of information, materials, resources, intellectual property, or services provided by or associated with The KAHU Clinic.
All purchases made through The KAHU Clinic are final.
Due to the nature of digital programs, educational content, and limited-access offerings, refunds are not available once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to make all payments on the agreed schedule until the total amount is paid in full.
Access to programs or services may be suspended or terminated if payments are missed or discontinued. If you have questions regarding payments, you must contact us promptly at [email protected].
Participation in programs may require access to online platforms, live calls, webinars, or digital materials. You are responsible for ensuring you have suitable internet access and devices. The KAHU Clinic is not responsible for internet or telecommunications charges, connection quality, or technical limitations on your end.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to program content, delivery format, schedules, or materials where necessary. While we make best efforts to deliver programs as described, flexibility is required in an online educational environment. Any significant changes will be communicated where practicable.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The KAHU Clinic does not make any representations or guarantees regarding health outcomes, personal results, or specific benefits arising from participation in any program or service.
All programs and materials are provided for educational purposes only and are offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
You acknowledge that outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, personal responsibility, and factors beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you assume all risks associated with your participation.
Neither Daina Kahu, The KAHU Clinic, nor any representatives shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or personal outcomes.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant program or service.
All intellectual property associated with The KAHU Clinic—including program content, materials, recordings, branding, trademarks, logos, written and visual content—is owned by The KAHU Clinic and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials solely for your own participation. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, share, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any materials without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to programs or services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
Where appropriate, we may attempt to resolve issues through communication before termination. If termination occurs, you are not entitled to a refund.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
By completing your purchase or enrolling in any program or service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
